There are numerous movie recommendation systems out there. They’re usually built on collaborative filters of varying sophistication. We couldn’t find one that really worked out for us, so we decided to create our own.

As always, we try to simplify things. While maybe not as morally sound as it’s powerhouse friends, Movieless presents you with a list of movies that are frequently downloaded from popular download services. That list, augmented with some information from IMDB makes a pretty sweet little recommendation engine.

Duly note that the project is really beta. We’re currently experimenting with various filters to make the service a little easier to use.
